My Vitality Goddess program runs at specific times each year, with the next Start date Monday 16th September 2019!!
The enrolment is only open on specific dates, so that we can complete the program as a team, with my time dedicated to your success, I am with you every step of the way through each week.
Once you have enrolled on the program, you will receive your personal hormonal questionnaire, once you've submitted your questionnaire, I will give you a personal response to help guide you on the hormones that are your priority.
On day 1 you will get access to our private online portal which contains the video tutorials & everything you need for week 1. YOU DO NOT NEED FACEBOOK TO GAIN ACCESS.
Each week of the program will go live on the Sunday evening ready for Monday.
You will also have access to the Vitality Goddess private facebook group where we will be supporting each other throughout.Â This group remains open all year long & we also arrange meals out together!
