After 10 years suffering lower back pain and a further 3 suffering additional mid back pain following the birth of my daughter I was so relieved to come across Jana! I felt constantly exhausted and depressed with the pain and in order to simply function I was having to take a high doses of pain relief. I just wish I had known Jana years ago. I had suffered from headaches for over 30 years, and I always had shin splints. I approached Jana initially to see if she could help my tendonitis in my legs.
