Pilates Exercise is a wonderful way to prepare your body for birth & enable you to regain your shape after delivery. Join our classes from 12 weeks pre-natal & after your 6-12 week check post natal. Jana specialises in pre/post natal, & has helped a number of Mums with low back pain, PSD, pelvic pain & sciatica. "Pilates kept my back strong through pregnancy & I believe it helped towards my easy delivery - and Pilates is one of the reasons I got back into my jeans so quickly!" Hannah, with 3 month old Imogen. Pre & Post Natal Pilates is a wonderful class for both mum and babies. With each class holding a maximum of 10 ladies, you each gain personal tuition for greater results. Strengthen pelvic floor and core muscles for an easier delivery, and then flatten your tummy whilst working out with baby post-natal. This class has proven very benefitial for creating a strong bond in those precious early months. We are a friendly group!
