Our classes offer a unique approach to exercise with our instructors being highly skilled within their field, from backcare specialists, through to Zesty Zumba instructors who can really break down steps & make you feel like a pro at the end of class! Our Pilates classes hold a maximum of 12 participants, power plate holds 6 clients - so that you can receive one-to-one tuition & the best results possible. THE TIMETABLE BELOW IS OUR SPARKLING JANUARY TIMETABLE. Pilates 55 mins....Pilates creates strength from the core. It is excellent for rehabilitating from injury, as well as flattening tummies and increasing flexibility. Pilates is relaxing in nature due to the breathing technique - perfect for those of you who lead a busy life! Back Care Pilates55 mins....This class is taken by an advanced Instructor, specialising in injury rehabilitation including disc hernations and back pain. This class is designed for people who are taking the next step after physiotherapy treatment. Pre & Post-Natal Pilates45 mins....A wonderful class for both mum and babies. Strengthen pelvic floor and core muscles for an easier delivery, and then flatten your tummy whilst working out with baby post-natal. This class has proven very benefitial for creating a strong bond in those precious early months. Click here for more info. Power Plate 45 mins...A gentle Core Strength class using fitballs 7 chairs. Perfect for pre & post natal through to the older adult. Feel welcome to start char based, & progress at your own pace to a fitball. Followed with a coffee morning. |
