Pilates 55 mins....Pilates creates strength from the core. It is excellent for rehabilitating from injury, as well as flattening tummies and increasing flexibility. Pilates is relaxing in nature due to the breathing technique - perfect for those of you who lead a busy life! Back Care Pilates 55 mins....This class is taken by an advanced Instructor, specialising in injury rehabilitation including disc hernations and back pain. This class is designed for people who are taking the next step after physiotherapy treatment. Pre & Post-Natal Pilates 45 mins....A wonderful class for both mum and babies. Strengthen pelvic floor and core muscles for an easier delivery, and then flatten your tummy whilst working out with baby post-natal. This class has proven very benefitial for creating a strong bond in those precious early months. ZUMBA 55 mins....A latin inspired dance-fitness class to get your heart healthy and tone your whole body in time for summer. Beginners welcome - no complicated dance steps!! Legs, Bums & Tums 45 mins....Tone up those stubborn areas in lickety split time with this class! Combining bodyweight, fitballs & small equipment in this fun filled 45 minute blast.
